Licensed & Insured
New concrete driveways built for daily vehicle traffic, coastal weather, and decades of service — assessed, poured, and sealed by a licensed local crew.
A driveway that lasts 30+ years starts with what happens before the pour.

We check slope, drainage, and soil conditions before any work begins — clay-heavy Ventura County soils shift with the seasons, and the base has to account for it.

Poured to 4 inches for passenger vehicles, 5–6 inches with added reinforcement for trucks and RVs, over a properly compacted base.

Broom finish, exposed aggregate, stamped overlays, or colored concrete — all protected with sealers rated for coastal salt air and moisture.
We install concrete driveways built to handle daily vehicle traffic while maintaining a clean, finished appearance. Concrete is one of the most durable paving materials available — a properly installed residential driveway lasts 30 or more years with minimal upkeep.
Ventura sits on the Southern California coast, which means driveways here face salt air, marine-layer moisture, and UV exposure year-round. We use air-entrained concrete mixes and apply sealers rated for coastal environments, and we place expansion and control joints at calculated intervals to manage the cracking that temperature shifts and ground movement would otherwise cause at random.
Our team serves Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Santa Paula, Ojai, Port Hueneme, and nearby Ventura County communities.
For a standard residential driveway used by passenger vehicles, 4 inches is the minimum accepted thickness. If trucks, SUVs, or an RV will use it regularly, 5 to 6 inches with added reinforcement provides noticeably better resistance to cracking — and in Ventura County's clay-heavy soils, the extra margin pays off.
Broom-finished concrete is the standard, slip-resistant choice. We also offer exposed aggregate, stamped or decorative overlays, and colored or stained concrete for driveways that need to complement the home's exterior.
Concrete cures gradually. Foot traffic is typically fine within a day or two; we'll give you a specific window for vehicle traffic based on the mix and weather, usually about a week for full vehicle use.
Yes. We break out and haul away existing concrete or asphalt as part of the project scope, and it's itemized in your written quote before work begins.
